月刊WPアプリ構想の第一弾（４月アプリ）を2012/04/05に申請したんですが却下されちゃいました。
どこか動作不良があったかなーと思っていたのですが

ということで、3.7.5のポリシーに違反しているとの事。
MSDNで3.7.5が何かと言えば「3.7 特定の種類の違法行為」の中で
「Any content that facilitates or promotes piracy」
に相当すると思われる
「ソフトウェア、音楽、芸術作品などの著作権、商標、または特許がある素材または企業秘密など、他の個人や団体が有する知的財産の違法使用。」
に引っかかった模様。
でも、このアプリはコンテンツは一切持っていなくって、コンテンツの取得元はアクセスできるWeb上のものになるんですよね〜。
そこで下記の内容でサポートに質問done.
This application is not an application that corresponds to "Any content that facilitates or promotes piracy" though my a...pplication was rejected by the reason for 3.7.5. It is the one to local preserve the study contents of MP4 that each enterprise including Microsoft has opened to the public and to raise the utility value. Moreover, the separation storage is used to distribute it to others.
Moreover, "Where did you download it?" is displayed in collection, and because it was not possible to edit it each other, it devises it like being clarified also of the branch shop.
サポートからの回答は予想通り「その説明をテスターへの連絡事項に書いて再申請してね！」でした。
回答貰う前にテスター連絡欄に同じようなことを書いてアプリ自体もバージョンアップとバグとりした版をすでに再申請してあるのでさてどんな結果になりますでしょうか。
