マーケットプレイスに申請して「著作権に抵触するコンテンツが含まれているよ」とリジェクトされたアプリですが「アプリ自体にはコンテンツは含まれず、Webで公開されている資料しか使えません。」とテスターノートに追記して再申請したところ無事申請が通りました。

ClipMP4はMP4ファイルの保存/再生に適したWindows Phoneで動作するビューアアプリです。Browse画面でMP4のリンクがある画面を開き、MP4のリンクをクリックすれば自動的にダウンロードが開始されます。 無料試用版では保存できるファイル数が５つに制限しています。それ以外の機能については有料版との差異はありません。
ClipMP4 is an application that is appropriate for preservation/reproduction of the MP4 file. A comfortable life of Windows Phone is offered. If the screen in which MP4 is linked on the Browse screen is opened, and the link of MP4 is clicked, download is automatically begun. As for the free trial version, the number of files that can be preserved is limited to five. There is no difference with a pay version about other functions.

実は0.2版で申請していて、0.2版ではMP4ファイルの他にもPDFファイルも同じようにWebからローカルストレージに保存して再生できるようになっています。
なお、本アプリの作成にはComponectOne Studio for Windows Phoneのカスタムコントロールが使用されております。
